Any breach in part or in full of any of these terms gives Paramount Asset Management Group the right to terminate membership and enforce immediate forfeiture of earnings, commissions and all virtual assets under management of Client.

Restrictions of Client
You are absolutely restricted from any of the following:
commercializing any Website material; using this Website in any way that is, or may be, damaging to this Website including but not limited to multiple accounts per person and self referrals. using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website; using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes; may cause, harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity.

No warranties.
This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Paramount Asset Management Group makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Additionally, nothing contained on this Website shall be construed as providing consult or financial advice to you.

Eligibility
US residents are restricted from using the services of Paramount Asset Management Group and we reserve the right to terminate any account found in breach. In case of a natural person, you are of the age of full legal capacity and reside in a country in which our Services are legally accessible. In case of a legal person, it is duly established and operates in a country in which our Services are legally
accessible. You hereby concede that your financial status allows you to accept the risks relating to the possession, transfer and exchange of Virtual Assets.

Right to Refusal of Service
Paramount Asset Management Group reserves the right to accept or decline any member for membership
without explanation.

Limitation of liability.
In no event shall Paramount Asset Management Group nor any of its officers, directors and employees be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and Paramount Asset Management Group including its officers,
directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website. We take no responsibility for and will not be liable for any financial loss arising from the use of your Account, including, but not limited to, loss due to technical faults resulting in a loss of ability to access your Account; fluctuations of Virtual Asset/Fiat; system hacks; server failure or data loss; technical faults of the Virtual Asset system; forgotten passwords; security of your passwords and private keys; unauthorized access to your Account; corrupted files or data; incorrectly constructed transactions or mistyped Virtual Assets addresses or delayed transaction processing. You also understand that investing in cryptocurrencies is a high risk activity and your capital is at risk.

Restriction of Services.
We reserve the right to indefinitely seize the accounts, assets, earnings, commissions, suspend or restrict the provision of our Services if to the client under the following :

The Client by his/her/its unlawful acts have inflicted losses on the Company and/or have caused a real threat of such losses and/or damaged the reputation of the Company; in the opinion of Paramount Asset Management Group, the Client engages in the field of activity with a high level of risk of money laundering and/or terrorist financing; according to the information available to the Company, the Client is related or was related in the past to criminal organizations; the Client uses the Services for illegal, fraudulent and/or unfair activities; the Client acts in a way that puts the Company’s reputation at risk.

Enforceability.
No provisions of these General Terms shall be enforceable by any other person other than Client and Paramount Asset Management Group.

Minimum Asset performance standards
In the event of extreme or prolonged market volatility, Paramount Asset Management Group may adjust earning rates to deliver a minimum asset return of 10% ROI per month until market conditions improve.

Term Renewal
Investment plans auto renew at the end of the cycle. To opt out of auto renewal, a written request must be made no later than 10 business days prior to the investment cycle end date of the second cycle.

Premature exit
Deposits once under management are enrolled in various yield generating instruments for a fixed term. In the event the Client seeks to exit the agreed asset management term pre maturely, a penalty of 30% will be levied on all earnings, commissions and asset balances prior to release of remaining assets back to the client to compensate Paramount Asset Management Group for any losses, damages, penalties and legal expenses arising thereafter. The processing time to honour this request is 45 working days.

Variation of Terms.
Paramount Asset Management Group is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit without notice and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all Terms And Conditions governing use of this Website.

Indemnification.
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Paramount Asset Management Group from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms and use of our services

Governing Law & Jurisdiction.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the the United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction herein notified by Paramount Asset Management Group for the resolution of any disputes. If you do not agree to these terms, exit this web page immediately.
